Do I have to be a member to attend classes?
No! You’re welcome to drop in for classes without a membership. Just be sure to register ahead of time.
How do I reserve a class?
Visit our Schedule page to see all upcoming classes and reserve your spot.
Can I book classes from my phone?
Yes! Download the WellnessLiving Achieve app to book, manage, and cancel classes easily.
How often should I come to see results?
We recommend attending at least two classes per week and mixing class styles. Personal training is also a great option for more individualized support.
