Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are upbeat, welcoming, and designed to meet you where you are. Expect great music, encouraging instructors, and a positive atmosphere where you can move at your own pace. Aerial Yoga
(Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates and similar formats)
Feel supported, playful, and surprisingly strong.
Aerial Yoga uses soft fabric hammocks to support your body as you stretch, strengthen, and decompress. This class is both fun and empowering — helping you feel lighter, more open, and more confident in your movement. No prior yoga or aerial experience is required, and modifications are always offered.
Many people leave feeling relaxed, energized, and proud for trying something new.

Kid's Aerial
Feel confident, strong, and excited to move.
Kids Aerial helps children build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and safe environment. Through playful movement and skill-building, kids develop body awareness while having a great time. Parents love seeing their kids grow more confident, focused, and joyful through movement.
