Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga is a type of Yoga which uses a hammock or yoga swing to allow students to perform postures that they may not ordinarily be able to attempt on the yoga mat. This class is for anyone who wants to increase flexibility, decrease back pain, improve muscle tone and strength. It is super FUN and helps you to feel relaxed and like a kid again! We recommend taking the Aerial Yoga Beginner class before attending the Aerial Yoga class.

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
power house sculpt
Power House Sculpt is a strength and cardio workout. It is designed with intervals to challenge your cardio vascular system. You will use a variety of dumbbells to sculpt and tone your entire body. This workout is for all levels. You can start with light weights or no weights and work your way up. You can also modify any movement that is too challenging.

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It’s lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. This class will tone your legs and booty as well as burn lots of calories. It is so much fun that you won’t feel like you are working out.

Barre at Brickhouse Cardio Club is inspired by fundamental Ballet movements and it incorporates a fusion of moves from Yoga, Ballet, and Pilates and more. Get ready to feel strong, lean, confident, and powerful. No two classes will be exactly the same because we may incorporate light weights, sculpting balls, bands, and more. No experience is required.
